Our most common questions about RCB Heating Club boiler care plans answered.
There is a 30-day initial period from the start date of your plan where claims cannot be made. This helps us prevent claims on pre-existing issues and keeps our plans competitively priced for all customers.
Your annual service is performed by a Gas Safe registered engineer and includes flue gas analysis, gas pressure checks, cleaning of the condensate trap and magnetic filter (if fitted), boiler casing clean, safety device testing, heating system inspection for leaks or defects, and a gas tightness test if required.
Annual services are carried out Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM. To ensure we maintain availability for urgent repairs during winter months, we may schedule your service during warmer months of the year.
Your plan is a 12-month contract that can be paid monthly or annually. It auto-renews unless cancelled with 14 days' notice before renewal.
Our plans do not cover pre-existing issues, breakdowns due to sludge or scale (confirmed via water quality test), faults from water mains, gas meter, or electrical grid issues, blocked drains affecting the boiler, cosmetic repairs, or damage caused by fire, flood, storm, or structural issues.
